This Bold Modern-Eclectic Bedroom Is Full of Personality
When creating this modern-eclectic bedroom, we started by bringing a bold color palette with a contrasting effect. First, the bold teal accent wall helps make this bedroom appear larger. We then chose a rust hue for the bed, furniture pieces, and across the different accessories, including the area rug. The matching curtains add depth into the bedroom, plus they extend the accent wall when closed. Elements like a vintage-style rug, the woven baskets on the wall, and the woven laundry basket add some texture while also bringing out that boho-eclectic look and feel for the bedroom. Because this was a small bedroom, we took advantage of a huge drawer and nightstands with hidden storage to help put away the clutter. Lastly, contrasting wall art pieces complete the design bringing in an unexpected element.
